Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before ordering.

Return Window We accept returns within 7 days of the date of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at info@tokujapan.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and photos of the defect or damage
  3. Do not send items back without prior approval — unauthorised returns will not be accepted

Return Shipping If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Perishable goods (food, tea products)
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Personal care goods
